the good life.

so my blog is lame.

but it is our only family record

so i will continue on.

summer is busy but good.

kids going in 10 different directions.

we came in to bed last night and this was waiting for us.

eliza is so sweet.

i will be devastated when this ends.

so lets break summer down so far.

ethan.

who is he again?

he really hasn't been around.

between e.f.y., scout camp, a trip to lake powell,

and trek he has been busy.

when he's not gone he can be found on the soccer field or in the basement

watching movies, playing video games, and hang'n with friends.

he is definately enjoying summer.

social butterfly of the family.

she got a lagoon pass so she is love'n that.

she babysits a TON and is the absolute best helper in the family.

she loves being with her friends!

sam.

he is gearing up for football(so am i)

and has been looking forward to that for 2 years.

he loves speinding time with my mom and going on sleepovers with her.

he loves being with friends and also

being home with ethan and his friends.

she is kill'n me.

chores done first thing and then WANTS A FRIEND!

everybody seems to always be gone and she feels left in the dust.

she keeps busy doing lots of paper crafts, lots.

she was always begging to do sprinklers under the tramp

until it bit the dust on saturday. bummer.

she is a joy, and working on having a better attitude

about "helping".

and last but not least,

this is how he's spending his summer.

he is so worn out playing with the kids.

our days activities revolve around his nap.

it is precious time.

he also loves all things sports.

he will turn just about anything into a bat!

you should see him run the bases!

we love this little caboose to pieces.

as for the mom and dad,

josh is busy with his new job

and i am busy with life.

i feel like a short order cook,

taxi cab driver, cleaner, and activities director.

its the good life.

i wouldn't want it any other way.

ok. maybe a week on the beach.
