oh this poor neglected blog.

playing catch up. 

yae!

 emma graduated form elementary.

she was chosen to speak and she

nailed it.

i was so proud of her.

nothing seems to rattle her.

cool as a cucumber.

emma and her teacher.

yes, they look the same age.

they practically are.

emma loved her and i'm pretty sure 

the feeling was mutual.

way to go emma!

oh recital.

how i love to hate you.

no, no, just love!

 she did so great.

she is a beautiful little dancer

and looks so good up on that stage.

we were all so proud for that very short 60 seconds.

 everyone was out in full support.

this is how sam feels about

recitals.

 walking away from her final performance.

we've had some good buddy time.

when the kids all go to play

griff wants to play too!

emma has been having fun at lagoon.

you know, riding rides, stalking boys...

i've made a few changes

around the house....

griff got a haircut...

and last but not least

sam and i "built" a fire pit.

we look forward to many a s'more and tin foil dinner.

well there it is.

we've enjoyed summer so far but it is darn busy.

josh and i are in charge of youth conference

and we head out this thursday and i'm not gonna lie,

i'll be glad when its over so i can unload

this elephant that has been sitting on my chest for 

the past few months!!!
