has anyone ever told you

that using a pressure washer

to clean your patio and siding

is almost as good as......

alot of things.

i'm affraid i'm hooked.

i'm just say'n.

well she did it....

she graduated!

i know some think that preschool graduation is silly,

but i find it absolutely delightful....

and necessary!

so hop on the school train with us!

and then off to Pace's for ice cream....

and of course home for a squirt of butter!

i didn't document it because i thought you'd puke.

it was a great night!

eliza is graduating from pre school tonight.

and it disturbs me on many levels.

even though we have another baby on the way, she is very much our baby.

but even more disturbing is the fact that 

i told her after her program we could go get any treat she wanted.

and her pick?.....spray butter.

i know. gross.

i was hoping for an ice cream cone.

who knew.

my girls are interesting.

one minute they love each other...

the next, not so much.

so tonight when i heard them conspiring about 

matching outfits, hair, and making up a dance

my heart did a little flip flop.

not they they NEVER do this but it is rare.

my sister and i used to do this all of the time.

we had a captive audience, our poor grandparents.

we would lead them by flash light to their lawn chair 

and fill their evening with song and dance.

i love full circle moments...and right now i'm smack dab in the middle of one.

oh i have to go, they're ready for me.

so alaska.......

if i look tired to you its because i was.

(and make up was optional for some reason on this trip?)

it was really quite breath taking.

thats a glacier.

is really beautiful,

pretty chilly(although we were told over and over and over

that we were having some of the best weather they had ever seen!)

but there really is no place like home.

i do appreciate the "get away".

josh and i had a lot of quality time together.

but now its time to buckle down and get the school year done, 

start the big bedroom shuffle(to make room for baby, i do love a good set up)

and all the other stuff that summer entails.

glad to be home...did you miss me?

so my dear friends,

it is time to say goodbye again.

not for long though.

only a week.

we are off to alaska on a cruise.

i'm trying to be a good sport about it .

i've never "vacationed" in a coat and pants,

wrapped in a blanket.

it is a gift from josh's dad.

so i'll go and sleep in, eat whatever i want,

go to movies, be with my hubby 24/7, read.....

hey, this might not be so bad after all!
