i think 2010 is going to be great!

i decided not to set any resolutions or goals for myself.

instead i have chosen a word.

a word for 2010.

move.

(as in get moving. not actually leave my residence.)

i hope it will motivate me in all areas of my life.

physically. spiritually. mentally.
